You try not to think about how many new starts you’ve made every new year and how somehow you lost your way somewhere around spring. You want to commit to yourself and the NEW YOU, but where do you begin and how do you make real lasting changes to achieve that dream lifestyle??
JUST DO IT
Make a start – choose your new diet, exercise, class, or whatever change you need to make to succeed at your goal- start small and just start doing it – don’t psyche yourself out by thinking about it or rather thinking how hard it will be and your unlikeliness to succeed or sustain the change – JUST DO IT make a start and take it day by day, goal by goal until the small changes you are making become habits. Don’t procrastinate and waste time dithering over this idea versus that idea, Weight Watchers or Slimming World – choose a goal (like lose weight for example) and then make a plan of how to achieve that goal ( so the goal ‘lose weight’ might include 3 plans 1.pick a diet plan 2. increase exercise and 3. self-analysis to understand why you gained weight to help achieve long term lasting weight loss
I love this plan of attack – it reminds me of when I have a massive job or loads of tasks to do and feel that overwhelming feeling of where to start. I have learnt to break it down into small tasks and write it all down as a checklist and then just pick 1 small task do and I check it off – It really works for me (don’t forget if you do something that you didn’t include on the checklist then write it down and tick it off straight away – you’ll feel so good!
BELIEVE BELIEVE BELIEVE
Are You Determined To Fail? When you read JUST DO IT did you hear yourself think “its not that easy for me”? Why are you focusing on why something won’t work for you? .. FEAR. lack of self belief. Put your focus on how you CAN do it BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, you’ll be surprised at what you can accomplish.
DO IT: BELIEVE YOU CAN : DON’T FEAR FAILURE : KNOW THAT IF YOU AREN’T PERFECT ITS OK : NEVER GIVE UP TRYING : FOCUS ON THE SUCCESSES

The same plans won’t neccessarily work for everyone and there isnt a ‘one size fits all’ blue print for the perfect life. Saying that though, lots of ideas will work for the majority IF you believe that you can make them work. Suspend your disbelief, fake it till you make it, call it whatever but just be open to thinking positively and be willing to try new ways and trust that you will uncover a way to make them work.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
The biggest difference I’ve noticed between successful people and unsuccessful people isn’t intelligence or opportunity or resources. It’s the belief that they can make their goals happen.
We all deal with vulnerability, uncertainty, and failure. Some of us trust that if we move forward anyway, then we will figure it out.
When I started my business, I was the only entrepreneur in our family in the last century. I didn’t have anyone to learn from, but I trusted that I would figure it out anyway.I believe in myself. This confidence has made the difference for me again and again. I didn’t need intelligence or opportunity or resources. Just a simple belief in myself.
Do You Believe That Change Is Possible for You?
One of the most foundational beliefs of this community is that you can become better.
We believe that it is possible for human beings to improve. We believe that it is possible to raise the bar in your own life even if the world around you accepts average. We believe in ourselves and in each other. We believe that if you want better health or more happiness or a more meaningful job that you can make those things happen.
And because of this belief we are willing to test, experiment, and try new things even when we feel uncertain. If you don’t believe that it’s possible to make new things work, then it’s hard to make any progress. I don’t care how good the ideas are, nothing will work for you if you don’t believe in it. And more importantly, nothing will work if you don’t believe in yourself.
